Cyclone Separator

High-Concentration Grain Dust Pre-settling & Low-Resistance Gas-Solid Separation

Highlights

  • Achieves 80% to 85% separation efficiency for coarse grain husks and heavy dust particles.
  • Maintains low system pressure drop between 800 Pa and 1,200 Pa (3.2-4.8 in.WG).
  • Supports multi-cyclone modular configurations including quad-assembly.
  • Operates continuously without moving internal components for zero-maintenance reliability.

Performance Features

01

Grain Dryer Cyclone

Specially engineered for continuous grain drying towers, effectively capturing chaff and husks from hot exhaust airflow while reducing downstream filter bag wear.

02

Quad-Cyclone Modular Assembly

Handling up to 25,000 m³/h airflow.

03

Single High-Efficiency Cyclone Unit

Heavy‑duty carbon steel construction; wear‑resistant inner lining available as an option, providing cost‑effective pre‑separation for grain cleaning screens and intake hoppers.

FAQ

Why is a rotary airlock required at the bottom of a cyclone?
A rotary airlock prevents false air entry from the discharge outlet, which would otherwise disrupt the internal vortex and drastically decrease separation efficiency.
Can cyclones be used as standalone dust collectors?
While effective for coarse particles > 10 µm, modern environmental standards usually require a cyclone followed by a pulse jet bag filter for fine dust control.
