Performance Features

01

Extended Dual Deck Drawer Sieve Frames

Lengthened sieve decks expand screening area to optimize grading and destoning efficiency. Drawer-type frames enable swift screen mesh replacement and simplify maintenance for various grain processing applications.

02

Independent Front and Rear Airflow Chambers

Separated front and rear air hoods with independent butterfly valves enable precise airflow adjustment. Operators can balance suction to achieve ideal material fluidization and stable light impurity removal.

03

Counter-Rotating Dual Vibratory Motor Drive

Two side-mounted vibratory motors rotate in opposite directions to generate linear reciprocating motion. Supported by four heavy-duty rubber springs, the system operates quietly with no dust escape and excellent vibration isolation.

04

Uniform Leveling Feed and Automatic Gate

The upper leveling box evenly spreads incoming grain across the pre-separation deck. An adjustable gate paired with mid-deck return plates prevents stone from rushing through, delivering thorough destoning.

05

Customizable Screen Deck and Angle Tuning

Adjustable sieve deck inclination angles (5°–9°) and interchangeable woven wire or perforated plate screens enable custom configurations for processing wheat, paddy, corn, and grain seeds.

FAQ

How do I select the proper model for my plant capacity?
Model selection depends on your grain type and hourly throughput requirement. For wheat cleaning lines, capacities range from 10–13 t/h up to 22–28 t/h. For paddy or corn, throughput ranges between 8–23 t/h across the four models.
What are the key installation recommendations to achieve optimal destoning performance?
Install the machine on a rigid, vibration-free floor after pre-cleaning sieve. Ensure 1,050 mm clearance on one side for sieve frame replacement and 700 mm on the other for maintenance. Remove transit fixing plates after positioning, verify the counterrotating direction of the two vibratory motors, and connect an independent suction duct system for stable operation.
How do operators inspect and change the drawer sieve frames?
Sieve frames should be cleaned weekly using compressed air or a wire brush. Before sliding out the drawer frames, remove the side anchor bolts on the sieve housing. When replacing woven wire mesh (e.g., 11 mesh/inch), stretch it evenly over the wooden frame and re-tighten all mounting bolts with spring washers.
Can the  destoner process crops other than wheat?
Yes. The machine effectively cleans wheat, paddy, corn, and seeds. By selecting appropriate upper sieve punch-plate sizes, adjusting air dampers (45°/80° positions), and configuring deck tilt between 5° and 9°, operators can optimize separation for various grain weights and sizes.
How is airflow adjusted to control light material grading and stone discharge?
Airflow is controlled via dual external adjustment screws connected to butterfly valves in the front and rear air chambers. Higher air velocity increases the proportion of light material carried to the upper discharge (5%–30% adjustable range). Fine-tuning the stone gate opening and sieve inclination ensures clean stone removal without entraining good grain.
