Engineered specifically for massive flat-bottom storage structures up to 33m in diameter and 20,000m³ total volume capacity.
Features massive rotating reclaim augers up to 91cm in diameter driven by powerful 150 HP motors.
Incorporates an easy-access perimeter service corridor and central bullring bearing, enabling safe maintenance while the silo is completely full.
Delivers high-capacity discharge delivery rates up to 1,020 m³/h while effectively suppressing dust emissions.

Cantilever Flat-Bottom Reclaimer

Offers cantilever unloading solutions for flat-bottom silos with storage diameters up to 25m (82ft) and storage volumes up to 3,100m³.
Delivers controlled material delivery rates up to 500 m³/h (20-200 t/h) while ensuring complete bulk material discharge.
Moves storage material as a uniform whole to eliminate material segregation and protect product quality.
Utilizes center-mounted hydraulic or electric drive assemblies for smooth and reliable rotation.

Cone-Bottom Silo Reclaim System

Designed for fully automated reclaim of hard-to-flow materials stored in hopper silos up to 18m in diameter and 50-1,500 ton capacities.
Locates drive motors and power components outside the silo structure, enabling easy inspection and zero-entry internal maintenance.
Uses heavy-duty hydraulic drive augers to undercut material at 30° or 45° cone bases, creating consistent mass flow delivery.
Can be fitted with replaceable special alloy cutter knives to aggressively break up fibrous, compacted, or sticky material.
Delivers continuous or batch delivery rates up to 678 m³/h (20-300 t/h) across various model configurations.

Flat-Bottom systems are designed for large-capacity storage (silos up to 33m in diameter and 20,000m³ capacity), utilizing rotating augers across flat silo floors. Cone-Bottom systems are engineered for hopper silos (up to 18m diameter) with 30° or 45° sloped cone bases, placing all drive motors externally for simplified zero-entry maintenance.

Can maintenance be performed safely without personnel entering a full silo?

Yes. Safety is a core design standard. On Cone-Bottom systems, drive motors and components are situated entirely outside the silo structure. On DOMinator™ Flat-Bottom systems, an easy-access perimeter service corridor and central dome allow operators to perform routine inspection and maintenance safely underneath a completely full silo.
