The complete process involves five steps: 1) Needs Communication (clarifying material specs, capacity, layout, and environment), 2) Scheme Design, 3) Detailed Design & Quotation, 4) Manufacturing, and 5) Factory Inspection & Delivery. Regarding lead time: For proven configurations with existing technical reserves (like Z-type, U-type, loop, return-flow, double-deck, or twin-row), it only requires a minor addition of design time onto the standard product delivery schedule. Only entirely new configurations or specialized functional modules will require extra R&D and validation periods. We strongly recommend consulting our engineering team early in your project.

Are spare parts and routine maintenance more difficult for customized equipment compared to standard models?

Not at all. We utilize a modular design principle to minimize maintenance complexity. Firstly, we prioritize standard, universally available components (such as bearings, motors, reducers, chains, and sprockets).
